In the case of international orders, MAN 1924 does not assume responsibility for customs duties incurred by the importation of merchandise.

For shipments to countries subject to import duties and taxes that are applied once the package reaches the specified destination, and any additional charges related to customs clearance, must be assumed by the customer, as MAN 1924 SL has no control over these charges. .

Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so you should contact your local Customs Office for more information. Also, please note that when ordering from the website, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the products are received.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage costs. Handling charges have a fixed price, while transport charges may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in the same order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will apply for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via TNT and MRW with tracking number and delivery without signature. For zones 3, 4 and 5 the packages are sent through Fedex, with a delivery time of 13 to 15 business days.**

During the holiday period (from August 14 to 21) or sales, orders and the processing of returns may be delayed by 10-12 days.

 

OTHER ISSUES OF INTEREST

  • VAT will not be refunded on international sales.
  • Our orders cannot be delivered to a PO Box or military base.
  • The usual delivery time of your order could be affected during special periods, Christmas, sales or specific promotions, due to the high volume of shipments.

FREE SHIPPING

Spain and Portugal > Orders whose amount is equal to or greater than €300 will have free shipping costs
Rest of countries > Orders whose amount is equal to or greater than €800 will have free shipping costs.

 

RETURNS

Returns in exercise of the right to withdraw from the purchase.

You can return the merchandise to us by post, courier service or at any of our physical stores.

You will be responsible for the cost derived from the return of the products as well as the tariffs. Please, keep in mind that if you decide to return the items to us freight collect, we will be authorized to reject said return, or deduct the costs generated by this shipment from the total refund.

Please, keep in mind that to accept the return it is essential to send the item including its original packaging as well as the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it.

After examining the item, we will notify you if you are entitled to a refund of money for the returned product(s).

The shipping costs paid by the customer will not be refundable in any case, as it is a service already enjoyed.

The return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product, will not proceed.

Returns of defective products

In cases where you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not conform to the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately through our contact form, providing the product data as well as a description of the damage suffered through our contact form or by accessing your customer account and we will indicate how to proceed.

We will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by email, within a reasonable period of time, if the return or replacement of the product is appropriate (if applicable). The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-compliant item is appropriate.

The amounts paid for those products that are returned due to some defect or defect, when it really exists, will be fully reimbursed, including the delivery costs incurred to deliver the item as well as the expenses generated by the return of the defective product. The refund will be made in the same means of payment that was used to pay for the purchase.

Steps to follow in case of return:

  1. Request your return through your customer account within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date the purchase was made. Steps to follow within your account:

    2. Select the order from which you want to return an item, by clicking on “Details”.
    3. Select the product(s) you wish to return by checking the checkbox next to their name(s).
    4. Add the amount you need to return (in case more than one product needs to be returned).
    5. (optional) Add an explanation, so the store team can better understand why the customer wants to return this product.
    6. Click on “Request a return”.
  2. Our team will confirm the return as soon as possible and attach the return label.
  3. Then prepare the package to be picked up in its original packaging, and make sure that the labels have not been torn off and the item has not been used or tampered with. We remind you that the cost of shipping for returned packages is the responsibility of the customer. In case of belonging to a country outside the European Union, it will be necessary for said package to be sent through a courier company such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, etc. Identify the package with the data that we provide during the return process and send the package by courier to: MAN1924 SL

In the case of having made a collection in store, it will be possible to make the return in one of our stores located in Bilbao and Madrid.

The return must meet these conditions to be accepted. Once the item has been received in our stores and thoroughly inspected, we will send you an e-mail informing you of the acceptance of the return and we will proceed to refund the money.

Changes or returns of underwear or socks are not allowed.

Acceptance and refund

Once the return has been processed and accepted, Man 1924 will refund the money for the returned products as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days from the date the product is received at our facilities.
